TOUR DE POOR.

We have known, what is the Tour de France, Tour de Flores and Tour de Bayuwangi? But we can't doing more how to make the Tour de Poor?

Of course, there were many methods who had been being done by the local government to actualize the tour de poor. Not only that but also many of the non-government organizations and civil society.

Here, many of poors need a real love especially from the governement itself. They need a donation, a real love of us. Maybe, we have assumpted that they are stupid man, don't have a brain. No, they don't want to lie the others have. They want to make theirselves afar of foolishness.

We realized that, it is not easy to do that but the government have a responsibility standard to make real the expectation. Come to village with the Berkantor di Desa program of the Manggarai Regent, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Mr. Deno Kamelus with his Vice, Mr. Victor Madur is one of method to know how the laity peoples conditions but that is not enough, they also need the jurnalist and some of Manggarai employees informations.

Tour de poor had been being done by Mr. Jokowi and Mr. Ahok some years ago in Jakarta. That is not a prestige but as a loyality, instead of a service. Many of leaders in nations who had made that but that is a form a love. And that is a reality.

The core of this writing is tour de poor. This is a model. Why? Basically, all of those employees are as agent of informations from rurals, villages and subdistricts included neighbours.  But there are many problems here. They often to make an agreement that we were being known as Musrenbang. Those plans then will be made together with Council. The Government have made Musrenbang but they will to expline those programs in front of Council. There, many of programs which have many special attentions.

In the other hand, many of employees have many personal intentions about those programs. They sometime to think about they themselves families affairs, so many of poors man are not being helped. That is to be a habitual, ugliness of thinking. Rarely, the others will be being more and more marginalized. That is a problem.

We know, there is a local Council has tree functions, i e: budgeting, controlling, and legislation. They had, have and will be being by the party. A party has a basic norm, a law. The Government then make an independent team that be taken from University but that is a loan project, accidental team. The Government have to make an independent team from others region/district as a bridge to send some of information from rural to Regent, maybe the Government can make work together with the Traditional Government. They must be picked up and optimalized. They must a netral team. That is a good solution to build a district.
