There is one who lived in a mountain. The mountain name is Ranaka. The man come from sky. He was derived from there. Firstly, he lived alone. His face handsome, his hand like a thunder and his clothes like snow.
At that time, that mountain had many stones - not had little bushes and grasses and also small animals. Not had living on the earth surface and still empty. He himself alone. He had many workings that time, that to make a vulcano around of the mountain.
After some of the earth materials like a magma coming out from bowels of the earth. Dust of vulcanos around of that mountain closed the earth surface included Ranaka mountain. After that, he then called a rain. Rain then pour the earth. When the earth wet, he then spread some of seeds. Then all kind of plants appeard to surface. He blessed all his creation.
He then come back to sky to take a rest. Approximately, ten century passed away, the earth had been fulled by the tree, grass and fruits. He come again and created all sort of animals. And then, he come back again to sky. Billion years passed away, he come again to that mountain. And then, a woman descend from sky. Her face pretty like a polished diamond and her clothes like a rainbow.
Both of them lived together. Then, they have four children miracolously. Two man and two woman. After the fourth children adolescent, their parents come to sky again. The fourth children then leaved that mountain because very cold. To continue their generation, brother and sister become husband and wife. After they had leaved the mountain, they lived under a tree. The tree is very big and leafy.
Near the tree, be found a small cave - just five meters from that tree. They given a name to the tree is Ruteng and also the name of area is too. They given a name as Ruteng suitable with the sturdiness of the tree. Ru same with belonging, possession and teng same with powerful, strong. Ruteng it means as a self powerful. We ourself who is powerful. If ru shall be translated as possesion or belonging it means that there is other strong out of himself - it means God powerful, strong of the prima cause. Ruteng same with berdikari - berdiri di atas kaki sendiri or stand on we foot ourself.
